Disney Employee Arrested on Child Porn Charges

Federal agents handcuffed an employee outside his Disney-MGM Studios workplace, accusing him of having and sending child pornography, including images of infants. Tony Guerra, 21, was put on unpaid administrative leave, Disney said in a statement released Friday.

"We take allegations like these very seriously. Tony Guerra has been placed on unpaid administrative leave pending the outcome of the charges," Disney said in a statement released Friday.Tony Guerra showed no emotion as he was arrested Thursday evening by agents from the FBI's 'Innocent Images' task force. Walt Disney World managers helped the agents track him down as he was leaving his food service job.A federal search warrant quoted him saying "I love babies" in a chat room session on Hello Google. The search warrant said Guerra asked an undercover officer, posing as a mother, if she had molested her own children. Then he sent her 63 photos and four videos of child and baby pornography.Investigators said they found the images on the computer Guerra was using in his Kissimmee apartment, where he has rented a room for the last three months. His roommate was surprised about the arrest, while women with children were horrified when they heard what their neighbor was accused of."We don't need another person like that out in the streets, because we have kids. There are new generations of kids growing up nowadays and they don't need to be around that," said Jasmine Tirado, a parent and neighbor.Tony Guerra had his initial hearing in Ocala on Friday and is being detained until next week when he will have a detention hearing and arraignment before Judge Spaulding on September 6.
