Disney worker arrested for child pornography

LAKE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) -- Disney employee Charles Hurrey of Clermont was arrested Tuesday afternoon and is facing three counts of possession of child pornography.

A search warrant was served at his home today and while police were there found three separate child pornographic movies on his computer. All of the movies contained children under the age of 15 engaging in various sex acts.

“Unfortunately I don’t know what’s going on right now. I have no comment.” Hurrey told us from jail.

Hurrey admitted to police though he used a music sharing service to download the movies, and also admitted to watching them and said he was aware they involved children under the age of 18.

He told police he is interested in child pornography movies because he is curious why people would make them. He denied ever making a movie with a child or sexually abusing one.

Hurrey worked backstage at Disneys Hollywood Studios in imaging operations. He has been placed on unpaid administrative leave pending the outcome of the charges.
