ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) Authorities say a registered sex offender was arrested after inappropriately touching a girl at Downtown Disney.
Twenty-four-year-old Jose Angel Pamblanco Morales was arrested Wednesday on charges of lewd and lascivious molestation of a child under the age of 12.
He is being held at the Orange County Jail without bond.
Jail spokesman Allen Moore says Morales is to appear in court Thursday.
A sheriff's arrest report says Morales touched an 11-year-old girl's buttocks while she was looking at a magnet in a store.
Morales then allegedly showed the girl a cell phone picture of an adult woman in a bikini.
The arrest report says Morales is a registered sex offender.
